Satisfied employees are essential in helping FBS achieve its aim of consistent delivery, an integrated supply chain and competitive pricing. FBS aims to be the employer of choice in Fujairah. To this end, FBS has appointed a Group Representative Committee to address grievances and suggest improvements. This group meets monthly and it has been a successful step forward to improving and serving employee relations.

FBS labour camps have been built to high standards and include a variety of recreational facilities such as a mosque, gym, a volleyball court and TV rooms. FBS also has its own canteen which serves upwards of 1,500 meals per day.

FBS is heavily involved in the sponsorship of various local community projects.
