aggregate export business and is one of the leading suppliers of Gabbro

logistics sector for rock and aggregate and offer customers a ‘single
source’ complete package of services. These range from sourcing and
production of high quality rock and aggregate, to the delivery by land or by
marine transportation, utilizing ships or tug and barge combinations. FBS
maintains focus on completion on-time, quality assurance, consistent
delivery and an integrated supply chain to ensure competitive pricing.
The FBS strategy is simple: capitalize on the trillion dollar construction
boom in the Gulf region by offering a fully integrated range of services
incorporating land reclamation, marine construction, quarrying and
transportation and providing rock and aggregate to large infrastructure
and civil engineering projects. FBS aims to provide a high level of service
excellence to its customers at competitive cost levels, increase its customer
base and reach new levels of success by expanding into new ventures and
embracing developing technologies.

- March 2010 – 4.1 million metric tonnes moved in one month
- May 2009 – 2.4 million metric tonnes moved in one month
- March 2009 – Fujairah Northern Land Reclamation project commences.
- August 2008 – FBS diversifies into construction and is awarded one of the largest land reclamation projects in the UAE
- 2008 – FBS export business increased to over 450 000 metric tonnes per month
- June 2006 – FBS opens own marine export terminal, increasing capabilities
