Mr. Abdul Ghafour Behroozian
Chairman and Executive Director
Mr. Behroozian started his professional career as financial advisor to the Government of Fujairah in 1977. At the time he was responsible for new projects in Fujairah and represented the Government of Fujairah's investments locally and internationally. In 1979, together with a few prominent UAE business families, they formed the Al Fujairah National Insurance Company, for which he served and continues to serve as chairman. In 1982, he assisted in the formation of the Fujairah Cement Industries, and to date represents the Government of Fujairah on the Board of Directors. Mr. Behroozian also serves as the Chairman of Fujairah Trade Centre, which was formed in 1986 with prominent GCC business establishments. Fujairah Trade Centre is a
Real Estate company that owns office blocks, residential flats and shopping malls. Since 2007, he has held the chairmanship of Fujairah Bulk Shipping Limited. He represents the Government's interests. Mr. Behroozian finished his studies in 1971 and obtained a diploma in Business Administration from Sussex University in the United Kingdom.

Paul O' Grady
CEO and Executive Director
Mr. O'Grady has over 25 year experience working with Irish and international financial institutions, such as AIB Group, ICS Building Society and ABN AMRO NV. Mr. O'Grady finished his banking career as Director of Group Operations and Executive Director for ABN-AMRO Bank NV Ireland, where he had responsibility for operations of the Banking, Stock
Broking, Treasury and Corporate Banking divisions. In addition, Mr. O'Grady led
many global strategic projects regarding centralization of IT, Finance and
Treasury functions for the banks. Mr. O'Grady left ABN-AMRO NV in 1998 to setup
his own company Trust5, which used the latest biometrics to verify financial
transactions. Mr. O'Grady was a majority shareholder, Managing Director and
Executive Director of Trust5. In 2003, Mr. O'Grady joined as Managing Director
and Executive Director of EIQA and subsequently privatized EIQA, with over 3,000
clients both in Ireland and the UK specializing in certified business process and logistics improvements. Mr. O'Grady currently holds the position of Executive Chairman of EIQA. Mr. O'Grady joined as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Fujairah Bulk Shipping LLC in January 2008. Mr. O'Grady holds a Diploma in Advanced Computer programming from Trinity College Dublin and a first class honors Degree in Management from the Irish Management Institute. Mr. O'Grady has also attended an extensive range of executive programmes, including Harvard Business School.

Klaus Nyborg

Klaus Nyborg has a Diploma (Econ), and Bachelor of Arts and MSc degree in Business and Business Law, all from Copenhagen Business School. Mr Nyborg has since attended executive programmes at London Business School and IMD. He started his career in shipping in 1990 with A.P. Moller-Maersk, where he served as General Manager, Corporate Secretariat. He was General Manager
and Regional CFO of Maersk Sealand for the Europe/Africa region in 1997/98, then Vice President/Regional CFO and Head of Corporate Affairs for Asia, Oceania and the Middle East from 1998 to 2001. He was CFO and Director of Maersk Logistics International until 2002 when he joined TORM (a Copenhagen and NASDAQ-listed product tanker and dry bulk shipping group) where he was the CFO and an
Executive Director until June 2006. Mr. Nyborg joined Pacific Basin as an Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in September 2006, and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in January 2010.

Sainath Ventrakao

Mr Ventrakao has over 16 years experience in the maritime industry primarily based in Hong Kong. He joined Pacific Basin in 2002 after having worked with Barber Ship Management and Accord Maritime Services in Hong Kong, focusing on technical and commercial ship management. He joined Pacific Basin as Finance Manager and was promoted to Financial Controller in 2004, and then to the position of Director Treasury in 2007. He is responsible for the Group's treasury and cash management, corporate finance, financial structuring of projects and joint ventures. He graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras, India and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

Capt. Mousa Morad

Capt. Mousa Morad is a Master Mariner, with more than 32 years experience in marine related activities and management. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Port Operations Management from Humberside College of Higher Technology, England, U.K. Capt Mousa joined the Port of Fujairah as Assistant Harbor Master in 1981, and was appointed General Manager in 1995. During his tenure the Port of Fujairah, capitalizing on its strategic position outside the Straits of Hormuz, has undergone significant development both in berths and facilities and the range of its commercial activity. The Fujairah Anchorage is internationally recognized as a major marine logistics location and Fujairah ranks with Singapore and Rotterdam in the world’s top 3 bunkering locations. Fujairah is a major and pivotal location and, under Captain Mousa Morad’s leadership, will be at the forefront of the challenges and changes the Marine related oil industry will face in the years ahead.
